How to Measure at Home
Measure in the late afternoon, at normal room temperature — finger size fluctuates by up to half a size through the day.
Wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters against the chart above.
Common Sizing Mistakes
Measuring cold or swollen fingers
Temperature and time of day both shift finger size measurably.
Ignoring band width
Wider bands fit tighter than thin bands at the same stated size.
Skipping the retailer's own chart
Sizing standards vary slightly by country and manufacturer.
